The Company

Founded in December 2000 by the two partners Prof. Dr. Albert Heinecke and Prof. Dr. Paul-Gerhard Capelle, SINUS Software und Consulting GmbH has become a company with three main focuses: 
 

1. Business Simulation Games 
SINUS Software und Consulting GmbH has concentrated an extensive know-how in developing computer-based business simulation games. Concerning the processes of development, controlling, and implementation of business simulation games--a game, which is based on solid and scientifically grounded management modells, we offer more than 10 years of experience. 

We offer two products, which have been developed by Prof. Dr. Albert Heinecke (computer scientist, business data-processing specialist, and Professor of general economics with specialization in business management): 

Global Manager and Euro Manager

Both products are addressing different target groups. Therefore, a group of business simulation games has been set up to provide management contents for employees with a completed work training as well as for high potentials. Additionally, both products are suitable for being integrated in an instructional conception within the scope of higher education at colleges and universities. 

Apart from distributing the products, our experienced trainers offer to our customers both complete in-house and on-site workshops for our business simulation game. 
 

2. Computer-based Planning Software
We are developing software-tools for the strategic planning in a campany. Our recent product is Szeno-Plan, an instrument of the scenario techniques, containing dynamic cross-impact-analysis as well as consistence-analysis . We offer you software licences, extensive training in scenario techniques, and seminars in which we assist other providers of scenario techniques with our extensive know-how of varies procedures and methods of scenario-techniques. Another one is Porto-Plan, a tool to support the Portfolio-Methods in the strategic planning. 
 

3. Consulting
Apart from developing learning software, we offer service and consulting for management controlling, integrated business planning, strategic planning and business organization. For the professional support, we employ our own computer-based-tools which will convince the customer of their high quality.
